Kontrol Program PLC Mesin Extruder Garis Ekstrusi Pipa PVC Untuk Pipa Tiriskan 20 - 160mm
Fitur
1. ekstruder: mengadopsi ekstruder sekrup kembar berbentuk kerucut, sekrup yang dirancang unik, mewujudkan waktu plastisisasi korslet
peracikan yang baik dan plastisisasi yang sangat baik.
2. kotak roda gigi: mengadopsi gearbox kualitas sempurna, dengan garis besar yang bagus, berjalan stabil, kebisingan rendah dan
waktu pelayanan yang lama.
3. sistem pengontrol suhu barel ekstrusi: mengadopsi pemanas aluminium cor dengan stainless steel
penutup, sistem pendingin angin, memastikan fitur pendinginan dan pemanasan yang baik, suhu presisi
mengendalikan.
4. sekrup dan laras: pemasangan inti sekrup dengan sistem pengontrol suhu internal, laras dilengkapi dengan
sistem degassing vakum, dapat menghilangkan gas buang dari bahan baku yang dapat menjamin super
kualitas produk.
5. sistem mengemudi: mengadopsi motor AC, menggunakan inverter FUJI atau ABB yang memberikan output torsi yang stabil dan
berbagai kecepatan.
6. tangki kalibrasi vakum: dengan dua ruang vakum yang dapat memastikan kebulatan sempurna dari
pipa, penyemprotan air pendingin, dilengkapi dengan pengontrol suhu, mewujudkan pemakaian otomatis
air, badan utama tangki terbuat dari stainless steel, waktu servis yang lama.
7. mesin angkut: 2 hukum, 3 cakar, 4 cakar, 6 cakar, dan 8 cakar disediakan untuk memproduksi berbagai
pipa, kecepatan pengangkutan diatur oleh inverter FUJI atau ABB.
8. unit pemotongan: pemotongan gergaji dan pemotongan gergaji planet, dengan sistem pengumpulan debu.
9. unit pertaruhan: sistem penggulingan otomatis, dapat dengan bebas memperbaiki panjang pipa.
10. sistem pengendalian: kabinet pengontrol manual atau kontrol layar sentuh PLC.

Menggunakan proses:
Pelanggan perlu mencampur bahan baku (bubuk PVC, Caco3, Ti2, dan sebagainya aditif) ke dalam Extruder, setelah
plastify di extruder, material masuk ke cetakan, cetakan dan tangki vakum membentuk material menjadi pipa, setelah
tangki pendingin, pengangkutan, dan pemotong, pipa diproduksi dengan baik di stacker.
