- Ekstruder Sekrup Kembar Kerucut: Dilengkapi dengan sistem pemberian makan material paksa kuantitas tetap, kontrol suhu otomatis, sistem pembuangan vakum, dan kontrol kecepatan otomatis. Memastikan kontrol suhu material yang tepat, stabilitas plastisisasi, dan kecepatan produksi yang tinggi. Pilihan motor utama termasuk konverter langsung atau konverter frekuensi.
- Cetakan Ekstrusi PVC: Dibuat dari material 40Cr berkualitas tinggi dengan permukaan yang dipoles dan berlapis krom. Menampilkan struktur spiral multi-kepala untuk tekanan leleh rendah dan mempertahankan suhu rendah bahkan selama ekstrusi kuantitas tinggi.
