Serbuk PVC + aditif — pencampuran—pengumpan bahan—ekstruder sekrup kembar—cetakan dan kalibrator—mesin pembentuk vakum—mesin pendingin penyemprot—mesin pengangkut—mesin pemotong—rak pembuangan atau mesin belling pipa.
FITUR MESIN EKSTRUSI PIPA PVC:
Conical twin-screw extruder: Dilengkapi dengan sistem pengumpanan material jumlah tetap paksa, sistem kontrol suhu otomatis, sistem pembuangan vakum dan sistem kontrol kecepatan otomatis.
Struktur ini memastikan pengontrolan suhu material yang akurat, stabilitas plastisisasi, dan kecepatan produksi yang sangat meningkat.Motor utama adalah konverter langsung atau konverter frekuensi.
