Rincian produk
1. Persiapan bahan baku
- Senyawa PVC (resin + aditif) dicampur dalam mixer kecepatan tinggi untuk memastikan homogenitas.
- Campuran ini didinginkan dan dimasukkan ke dalam hopper ekstrusi.
2. Proses ekstrusi
- Extruder Single/Dual-Screw melelehkan dan memampatkan campuran PVC pada suhu yang terkontrol (160°C~200°C).
- PVC cair dipaksa melalui kepala mati, membentuknya menjadi pipa.
3. Ukuran & Kalibrasi
- Pipa panas melewati kalibrator vakum untuk mencapai diameter dan ketebalan dinding yang tepat.
- Tangki pendingin (spray atau mandi air) mengeraskan pipa.
4. Menarik & Memotong
- Satu unit tarik-off menarik pipa pada kecepatan yang disinkronkan.
- Sebuah pemotong otomatis** memotong pipa ke panjang yang diperlukan (misalnya, 4m atau 6m).
