1. Pencampuran & Pemberian Bahan Baku

2. Ekstrusi & Pembentukan Pipa
- Ekstruder ulir ganda memanaskan dan melelehkan campuran PVC, mendorongnya melalui kepala cetakan untuk membentuk bentuk pipa yang kontinu.
- Diameter pipa dan ketebalan dinding dikontrol oleh cetakan ekstrusi dan selongsong ukuran.
3. Penentuan Ukuran & Pendinginan Vakum
