Deskripsi singkat
Lini produksi pipa plastik seri PVC terutama digunakan untuk memproduksi pipa pasokan air dan drainase di bidang pertanian dan konstruksi kabel dll. Mesin ini terdiri dari tangki kalibrasi vakum, unit penarik, unit pemotongan, penumpuk dll. Extruder sekrup tunggal dan unit penarik menerapkan perangkat pengaturan kecepatan konversi frekuensi A/C yang terkenal, baik pompa vakum maupun motor penggerak menerapkan merek terkenal. Unit penarik mencakup tipe dua cakar, tipe tiga cakar, tipe empat cakar, tipe enam cakar, tipe delapan cakar, tipe sepuluh cakar, tipe dua belas cakar dll. Mesin pemotong bebas debu, mesin pemotong mata gergaji atau mesin pemotong planet dapat diterapkan, properti grup mesin dapat diandalkan. Efisiensi produksi tinggi dengan perangkat khusus, dapat menghasilkan pipa spiral dinding dalam, pipa berongga dinding dalam, dan pipa busa lapisan inti. Proses Produksi
Bahan baku + master batch → pencampuran → pengumpan vakum→ pengering bahan → extruder sekrup tunggal ( kecil CO-extruder ) → cetakan → tangki kalibrasi vakum → tangki pendingin semprot ( tangki air) → unit penarik → mesin pemotong→ penumpuk

Detail Produk
1. Pencampuran & Pengumpanan Bahan Baku
Resin PVC, penstabil, plasticizer, dan aditif lainnya ditimbang dan dicampur secara tepat dalam mixer otomatis.
- Bahan yang dicampur dimasukkan ke dalam hopper extruder.
2. Ekstrusi & Pembentukan Pipa
- Extruder twin-screw memanaskan dan melelehkan campuran PVC, mendorongnya melalui kepala cetakan untuk membentuk bentuk pipa yang berkelanjutan.
- Diameter pipa dan ketebalan dinding dikontrol oleh cetakan ekstrusi dan selongsong ukuran.
3. Ukuran & Pendinginan Vakum
- Pipa yang baru terbentuk melewati tangki ukuran vakum untuk memastikan dimensi yang tepat.
- Kemudian masuk ke tangki air pendingin untuk memadatkan struktur dan menjaga stabilitas bentuk.
4. Penarikan & Pemotongan
- Mesin penarik menarik pipa dengan kecepatan terkontrol untuk menjaga konsistensi. - Mesin pemotong otomatis memotong pipa menjadi panjang yang diinginkan (misalnya, 4m, 6m). 5. Penumpukan & Pengemasan
- Pipa yang sudah jadi secara otomatis ditumpuk dan dikemas untuk penyimpanan atau pengiriman.
Lini ekstrusi pipa drainase PVC terdiri dari mixer, pengumpan, extruder twin screw, cetakan ekstrusi 50-200mm, pembentuk, tangki vakum, penarik tiga rahang, pemotong planet, meja putar dan penghancur. Unit mesin dapat diandalkan dan memiliki efisiensi produksi yang tinggi.
