Production Process Flow
PPR powder + additive → mixing → spring feeding → twin screw extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → haul off machine → cutting machine → stacker

Haul-off Unit
Equipped with three crawler tracks for stable and steady pipe operation. Features customizable hauling models through general control adjustments to meet specific production requirements.
Cutting Unit
High-accuracy encoder ensures precise and stable cutting lengths. PLC control system enables manual operation for specific applications. All surfaces utilize stainless steel 304 to withstand corrosive CPVC materials and ensure extended working lifetime.
