MESIN EKSTRUSI TABUNG MULTI LAPISAN PVC DENGAN CONICAL TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER
Deskripsi mesin pembuat pipa PVC :
Mesin ekstruder pipa PVC / mesin pembuat pipa PVC / jalur ekstrusi pipa PVC terutama digunakan dalam pembuatan pipa UPVC dan PVC dengan berbagai diameter tabung dan ketebalan dinding seperti pipa pertanian dan konstruksi, pasokan air dan saluran pembuangan dll.
Set ini terdiri dari ekstrusi sekrup kembar berbentuk kerucut, tangki kalibrasi vakum, mesin pengangkut, pemotong, penumpuk dll. Pengekstrusi sekrup dan mesin traksi mengadopsi perangkat kontrol frekuensi AC yang diimpor.Pompa vakum dan motor traksi keduanya mengadopsi produk canggih.Mesin angkut memiliki banyak model, seperti dua cakar, tiga cakar, empat cakar, enam cakar dll. Mesin ini dapat memilih bilah visual atau jenis pemotongan. Unit ini memiliki kinerja yang andal dan efisiensi produksi yang tinggi.
Mesin kami dapat memproduksi pipa PVC dengan diameter dari 16mm hingga 630mm

Bubuk PVC + aditif → pencampuran → pengumpanan pegas → ekstruder sekrup kembar → cetakan dan kalibrator → mesin pembentuk vakum → mesin pengangkut → mesin pemotong → rak pemakaian
