Pabrik daur ulang botol PET mengambil botol kotor dan mengubahnya menjadi serpih PET bersih. Ini adalah komoditas ekspor yang dapat dijual dan digunakan untuk banyak aplikasi kreatif. Dan serpih dapat diproses lebih lanjut dan dimanfaatkan kembali dengan nilai komersial yang tinggi. Kapasitas produksi yang dapat kita buat pada botol PET cuci dan daur ulang dapat mencapai 100kg hingga 3000kg per jam.
Fitur:
1. Mengkoordinasikan jalur produksi dengan mengikuti pekerjaan yang diprogram (sistem granulasi), dan itu akan membuat limbah dan botol PET kotor menjadi bahan granula PET dan untuk memproduksi botol PET baru.
2. Sistem kontrol ramah (PLC terintegrasi & dipisahkan kontrol pada setiap mesin) dan panel layar sentuh, mudah untuk operasi, monitor dan berhenti darurat.
3. Semua bagian yang berhubungan dengan bahan plastik dan air terbuat dari panel berkualitas tinggi 304 dan layar sentuh, mudah untuk pengoperasian, monitor dan berhenti darurat.
4. Seluruh lini produksi dapat dirancang berdasarkan seberapa kotor serpihan-serpihan itu, dan memastikan kualitas produk akhir.
