Proses Pengolahan
Alur proses dari lini ini adalah PP/PE/PVC + serbuk kayu + aditif— pencampuran—pengumpan bahan—ekstruder sekrup kembar—cetakan —Meja kalibrasi—unit pemotongan—rak pelepasan.
Garis ekstrusi profil WPC ini mengadopsi ekstruder sekrup kembar berbentuk kerucut, yang memiliki sistem degassing untuk memastikan plastisisasi material yang sangat baik.Cetakan dan kalibrator mengadopsi bahan yang dapat dipakai;mesin pengangkut dan mesin pemotong dapat dirancang sebagai unit lengkap atau mesin terpisah.
