LINE PRODUKSI KOMPUNDING WPC
Penggunaan serat alami dalam jalur ekstrusi WPC menjadi semakin populer.Upaya telah dilakukan untuk mengembangkan fitur baru komposit kayu-plastik jadi (WPC), seperti resin PP/PE yang mencampur 40-80% serat alami atau PVC yang mencampur 40-70% serat alami.Untuk memenuhi persyaratan kualitas, LANGBO MACHINERY telah mengembangkan ekstruder sekrup kembar berbentuk kerucut tersegmentasi yang menggabungkan kepala die perkakas dan semua peralatan hilir.
CETAKAN WPC
