Garis ekstrusi mengadopsi barel dan sekrup yang dirancang khusus, cetakan dan kerajinan kerja untuk menghasilkan produk komposit plastik kayu, disederhanakan sebagai produk WPC.Ekstruder terdiri dari dua langkah mencampur ekstrusi atau membuat kayu dan plastik menjadi pelet terlebih dahulu, kemudian menggunakan ekstruder untuk diproses;hemat daya dan ruang, kapasitas tinggi, presser ekstrusi stabil;pemuat pra-pemanasan dipasang di atas ekstruder, dapat menguras sisa-sisa lembab di kekuatan kayu untuk memastikan bagian ekstrusi ekstruder penuh, dan menjamin hasil plastisisasi yang lebih baik.
